That’s why you can trust us to provide reliable coverage for every job. Below, we explain what to expect from our vehicle wrap warranty, and how we’ll support you once the wrap’s complete.
What is the Raccoon vehicle wrap warranty?
Every vehicle wrap is covered by us for 12 months. That’s a full year knowing that if your wrap fails through no fault of your own, then you can come back to us free of charge.
Problems are incredibly rare, and in most cases, any issues caused by poor installation or material failure will arise within the first 3 months. In other words, you’ll know very quickly if there’s an issue – at which point we’ll resolve it for you.
Because we only use premium materials, you’re very unlikely to experience a total wrap failure. Instead, the most you can expect is a minor blemish or two, which will be simple to correct.
Please note that we don’t cover general wear and tear, stone chips, or problems that arise from improper cleaning. Please avoid using harsh chemicals or holding a jet-washing nozzle too close to your vehicle.
How is my commercial vehicle wrap covered?
For commercial vehicle wraps, we use premium vinyl from the trusted manufacturer Arlon – with whom we’re a Platinum Partner and can offer manufacturer-backed warranties. All Arlon wraps are covered for four years through a tiered system. This system reduces the warranty by 25% each year, up to a maximum of four years.
So if your wrap fails after a year due to material or installation, and Arlon agrees, then you’ll get 75% off the cost of a new wrap. This falls to 50% after two years, and 25% after three years. Simply bring your vehicle in and we’ll rewrap it for you.
In our experience, Arlon’s vehicle wrap warranty is the best of the premium brands, which typically come with a host of disclaimers. We’ve partnered with Arlon because they’re the most customer-focused manufacturer and help us provide you with the best service.
How is my colour change or bespoke wrap covered?
All colour change wraps are covered by our 12-month warranty. This applies whether you go with an Arlon colour or choose a product from 3M, Oracal or Avery Dennison. Because we’re partnered with Arlon, you’ll enjoy the same manufacturer-backed warranty given to our commercial wraps. This also applies to bespoke designs, as long as they were printed on Arlon vinyl.
We cover all 3M, Oracal and Avery Dennison wraps for one year. After that, the extent of your coverage will depend on the manufacturer warranty. Just let us know if there’s an issue and we’ll contact them on your behalf.

Avoid damage with the proper cleaning routine
With a regular cleaning schedule, you can keep your vehicle wrap looking its best for years to come. You should also check for any minor problems in the first year, as it’ll give us time to correct the issues while the wrap’s still under warranty. Just as importantly, treating problems early can prevent them from getting worse.
